How to contribute to DIStreff?
- Join DIS-Norge if not member of any of DIS organisations
- Submit a gedcomfile. GEDCOM is a specification for exchanging genealogical data between different genealogy software. Your genelogy program should be able to make a GEDCOM. if this isn't true you shouldn't use it!
How to make GEDCOM-file?
Our best tips is use F1 (help) to find out what your documentation says about this. Read more about gedcom at Wikipedia
Generate DIStreff contribution file yourself!
Use GEDtreff to send your contribution to DIStreff. GEDtreff is specialy made for DIS.
Your GEDCOM file should follow our naming convention db<membernummer>.ged (eg. db12345.ged).
