Hello Again,

I'm really making some progress in tracking down relatives that still live in Norway and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice to finding my relatives still living in Norway. I'm assuming there's a large number still living in Oppland county today.

Do you think if I contacted any of the churches that they would tell me if the family is still in the area? Do you have any tips for finding them and hopefully getting in contact with them? Our family would be delighted if we could connect with family still living in Norway.

Does anyone think contacting the church would be a good idea or no?

You would be better off contacting the local newspaper with all the information you know. Someone who lives in the area should be able to direct you in the right direction to the local newspaper.
There are several on gulsider with the Ødeli surname.
