Hallo,

I'm also trying to find a birth record for Peder Borresen. On his death record it states he was born 3 Mar 1806. I cannot find his birth record that would state his parent's names.

Here's what I know:

Born: Approximately 3 Mar 1806

Died: 27 Oct 1861 at Ophuuseie, Ringsaker

He married Berte Eriksdatter but I cannot find their marriage either. Is anyone able to help me find these records? Thank you so much!

It stand born 3/3 1855 when this died.

I'm confused by your post. I took it to say that his birthday was 3/3 and he was 55 years old which would be consistent with how old his wife approximately was. What is this link you posted? Thanks

There is no Peder Børresen born abt 1806 i Ringsaker.
You have Peder Børresen dead 1861 but he was only 6 years old.
The you say Peder Børresen was married to Berthe Erichsdatter but cannot find their marriage.
Well, that couple had the children Børre died as a baby , Johannes, Agnete, Børre and Erik.
Does it match what you have?

Sorry it took so long to respond. I guess I'm confused by the death record for Peder Borresen. In the column that lists age they write 13/3 55. I took that to mean he was 55 years old and born on March 13. Or does that actually mean this Peder Borresen was born on March 13, 1855?

With respects to what we have for children of Peder Borresen and Berte Eriksdatter, all I have at this point is their child name Erik born 24 May 1828 at Borke, Ringsaker.

Hopefully we can clear this up and find a birth and death record for Erik Pedersen's father Peder Borresen because I have had issues locating him in the records. Thanks for everyone's help.

Peder Børreen born 1790 dead 1852.
Berthe Erichsdatter born 1791 dead 1873
5 children: Børre, Johannes, Agnethe, Børre, Erich.
Erich born Feb.11, 1828 dead 1869 marr. 1854 Syverinde Johannesdatter born 1834 dead 1875
Syverinde marr #2, 1874 Johannes Olsen.
6 children. Martin emigrated 1880 but unmarried in Chippewa, MN in 1910.
